As the Customer Relations & Accounts Receivable Account Specialist, this role is responsible for delivering excellence in service and contributing to the mission of protecting businesses, people and time. This role will work directly with Customer Relations team to reduce delinquent accounts, coordinate payment resolution, and administer communications regarding collection issues, and ensure timely and accurate daily cash applications.   • Continually identify and calibrate enterprise leadership development priorities through assessments, feedback, focus groups and strong partnership with HR, leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Oversee the design and deployment of engaging, multi-modal learning programs that include e-learning, instructor-led training, and peer-to-peer coaching to develop all levels within the organization.
